Wilson, Jeffery

About the Composer

Jeffery is perhaps best known as a composer. He is a professor of composition at the Junior Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and examiner and supervisor on the music faculty at Cambridge University. He was principal examiner for Guildhall Exams for eleven years, and is now advisor and an examiner for Trinity College London. As a performer, he performs regularly with Saxology and The Reduced History of Jazz.
