Description
Clara Schumann composed the three part Opus 11 in 1839.
No.2 was originally titled Andante and Allegro and was composed in Paris and published separately before being integrated within the set. The music is rich in melodic content and urgent offbeat accompaniment, offering some novel harmonic twists and dynamic mood swings in keeping with the spirit of romance.
The PDF E-Edition comes with a score and the following parts:
Soprano Saxophone
Alto Saxophone
Tenor Saxophone
Baritone Saxophone
“Romance Opus 11 No.2” is also available in printed edition from June Emerson Wind Music.
