Craig's musical influences span from the idioms of composers such as Vaughan Williams and Herbert Howells to modern jazz composers & performers such as Jan Garbarek and Pat Metheny. His interest in jazz came about whilst studying for a music degree, and this is where he took up the saxophone & clarinet.
