Description

The Rondeau from ‘Abdelazer’ was composed in 1695 by Henry Purcell, but the melody has been used by many other composers including most famously by Benjamin Britten in his ‘Young Persons Guide to the Orchestra.

This arrangement has been written with the beginner ensemble in mind, with alternative parts allowing for flexibility in line-up.
