Concerto Grosso

I arranged this version of Handel’s Concerto Grosso Op.6 No.4 primarily because I liked it. I also wanted to produce something that would be accessible for student quartets but was a little more unusual than the core Baroque material which is transcribed so often.
Although it is mainly cool and elegant, the texture builds to produce some rich, satisfying sounds – which respond well to careful dynamic control and good intonation!
