Lopez-Real, Carlos

Carlos is a saxophonist, composer and educator. Since 2007 he has taught at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he is Professor of Jazz Studies and Programme Leader for the BA in Performance & Creative Enterprise. Carlos has been on the cutting edge of the UK jazz scene for many years, leading his own groups and recording as sideman on numerous contemporary jazz, Indo-Jazz fusion and salsa albums.
