Description
“Sevilla” was originally part of Albéniz’ s “Suite Española” written for piano. It was transcribed for classical guitar and became well known from performances by players such as John Williams and Julian Bream. “Sevilla” is a lively dance, interspersed with more lyrical, romantic sections.
This arrangement requires a minimum of 8 saxophones, and 3 alternative parts are provided to allow for flexibility of line-up.
