“This piece evokes a twilight scene of a willow bending over the lagoon in a forest at night. The slow melody represents the fish swimming lazily in the pond, while the quavers represent the fireflies darting around. The music paints a picture of tranquility, of a world where nature reigns supreme. The listener is transported to this enchanted place, where the lagoon at night holds a mystical allure.”
