Deep Purple is arguably Peter DeRose’s most famous composition, and was originally written as a piano solo in 1934. Over the years many musicians have arranged Deep Purple, and the Rudy Wiedoeft sax & piano arrangement forms the basis for this extravagant arrangement for saxophone ensemble!
