Description

A word from the arranger: “Alfred Hollins (1865 – 1942), born in Hull, Yorkshire, was blind from birth. After specialist teaching in York, London and Berlin he became a celebrated concert recitalist on both piano and organ. The Trumpet Minuet is one of a handful of his pieces still played regularly by organists, and harks back to the Trumpet Voluntaries of Handel and Stanley. It is lively, and goes down very well with audiences.”

A Trumpet Minuet was originally arranged for the saxophone quartet “Sax Forte”.

The E-Edition PDF bundle comes with a score and the following parts:

Soprano Saxophone
Alto Saxophone
