Composer's Note:

Three Funky Pieces These three pieces had been lying on my desktop for more than four years, but arranged for large jazz combos. I finally reworked them in 2005 in the same way that I had done with 'Witch Hunt' in 2001. I have considerably revised the original pieces, and the result is 'Three Funky Pieces'. These pieces are primarily intended for Eb alto saxophone, but a Bb saxophone part is included with this edition.

Three Funky Pieces can be played on any sax - with optional improvisational sections.
