We aim to despatch CDs within three working days after receipt of the order. You will be notified by email if there is a delay sending your order. If you order a CD which is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the delay with the option of a refund for that item.
We accept MasterCard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Expess and PayPal payment methods through our secure third-party WorldPay payment processing system.
Invoices will be issued in pounds sterling and your credit card company will convert the payment into your own currency. The Euros and American Dollar prices are for indicative purposes only and the final price will depend on the current value of these currencies against the British Pound Sterling. Price information displayed on the Saxtet Publications website is subject to change without notice. Itemised invoices can be supplied on request but these will only detail the British Pound Sterling price.
The current rate of VAT in the UK on printed music is 0%. There may be local taxes for which the customer is liable at the point of importation. These are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not pass your details on to third parties.
We will always replace or refund faulty items, providing that you notify us of the problem on receipt and return the relevant item. We will also consider refunds in other circumstances if you contact us and explain why you are dissatisfied.
